It is important to be prepared for any activity. Below is a list of the items you will need during your activity course:
- Packed lunch, snack and water bottle each day
- Old, comfortable clothes – jogging bottoms, leggings shorts, t-shirts, jumpers, fleeces. NO denims as these don’t dry well and make you cold
- Waterproof jacket and trousers
- Walking boots
- Wellies
- Trainers + spare trainers for canoeing or gorge scrambling
- Indoor shoes/slippers
- A full set of clean clothes for after a wet or very dirty activity
- Towel and wash bag
- Bin liner/spare bag for wet/dirty clothes
- Sun cream, sun hat and insect repellent
- Small amount of money for ice creams, sweets or souvenirs
- Any medication they may need throughout the day, e.g. inhaler
