Schools and Groups

At White Hall we’re dedicated to creating new and exciting experiences for young people to explore, grow and flourish in the outdoors. Groups visiting White Hall will fully immerse themselves in hands-on learning and experiences while exploring what the Peak District has to offer.

Whatever the groups age, size, or ability, our team will work closely with your school to tailor experiences to your exact needs. We provide a range of flexible residential options and day trips all of which can complement your school curriculum. Rest assured your trip to White Hall will be an experience your group will never forget.

We have a digital presentation available for schools to use to let students and parents know what to expect from a visit to the White Hall Centre. This can be downloaded here.

Residential Trips

The centre has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a home from home, where independence is fostered through activities like making their own beds and enjoying family-style meals in our beautiful dining room. With a variety of adventurous activities available, White Hall serves as an ideal environment to help you achieve your learning goals.

Day Visits

Groups will engage in a wide variety of activities and challenges tailored to meet the needs of your group.

Each activity aims to enhance skills, self-confidence, communication with others, and strengthen relationships with friends and teachers. At White Hall, we believe it’s crucial to get children and young adults out and active to help with their mental health and well-being. We will support each and every individual throughout their time at White Hall so they feel safe and happy in what they are doing.

Alternative Provision

We support a selection of alternative education providers.

We work with The Virtual School and Health and Social Care to offer outdoor activities which support individuals who are not accessing mainstream education, to enhance learning outside the classroom.
