With a wealth of expertise under one roof, White Hall Centre is a training and assessment centre for a number of adventurous activities, including hill walking, climbing and canoeing
Accreditation courses should not be regarded as an introduction to an activity, all require previous course attendance or past experience. You will need to be registered with the relevant governing body:
- Canoeing awards – British Canoeing
- Learning Outside the Classroom awards – Council for Learning Outside the Classroom
- Mountain bike awards – Mountain-Bike Instructor Awards Scheme
- Walking, mountaineering and climbing awards – Mountain Training
The following courses are all based at White Hall Centre or a location nearby where transport is provided from the centre. All course prices are per person for the entire course and do not include overnight accommodation. Please bring your own packed lunch, drinks and snacks.

Download the relevant information sheet/application form, fill it in and send to the centre together with a cheque for the course fee or call 01298 23260 to pay via a debit or credit card over the phone. If you require any further information or you would like us to post any of the documents please contact us.
The team at White Hall Centre can also deliver tailor-made courses to other formats for example a Mountain Leadership Training course could be run over a series of weekends.
